My father is 90 yrs old and due to a stroke has limited communication skills.  Louisa reads, takes my dad out for walks and hair appointments.  She is very kind, patient, attentive and caring to my father.  She is a good communicator and keeps in contact after each visit , often sending me pictures of my dad during their visits.  I would not hesitate to recommend Louisa as a companion!

Louisa was recommended by my Mom's care home to our family to provide valuable extra support in getting her out and about while she was healthy enough to do so, as I don't live locally. Mom suffers from Dementia. Louisa met with myself and my Mom, I could see they had a great connection, Louisa made us feel comfortable. Louisa Curvelo was my mother's paid companion for 9 months before COVID-19 put a stop to all visits to residents in elder care facilities.  Mom lives with multiple debilitating physical conditions that require her to use a wheelchair and suffers from increasingly severe dementia, which makes memory, word-finding and the ability to concentrate and focus challenging.  Louisa never failed to accommodate these circumstances with patience, compassion, and a consistently positive and upbeat approach.  She played an important role in adding variety and mental stimulation, usually through off-site excursions, to my mother's weekly routine.

Louisa is flexible and always tries her best to accommodate occasional schedule changes or a request for extra hours when the need arises, is diligent about texting pictures of her outings with my mother, and promptly submits receipts for any items purchased.  

Right from the beginning, Louisa proved herself to be a respectful, reliable and congenial personal companion.  I felt very safe entrusting her with my mother's care and comfort, and I do not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking for a companion for their loved one.
